Venture Development

Health care software development startup Invene is moving from the UT Dallas Venture Development Center to McKinney after receiving a grant from the McKinney Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). The company plans to create up to 12 software engineering jobs over the next three years, growing its staff from three to 15. The grant is part of MEDC’s Innovation Fund, a program launched in January to attract startups to McKinney.
