Economic Development Update

UT Dallas will be hosting the 29th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament on April 17 at Firewheel Golf Park. The proceeds from this event will go towards increasing the University’s scholarship giving opportunities and helps UTD attract the best and brightest students from around the world.

The Dallas Regional Chamber has launched a new business recruitment campaign geared towards the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. This effort leverages the region’s existing tech sector as the foundation for attracting businesses in this emerging technology field.
