The University of Texas at Dallas has entered Forbes Top 100 America’s Top Colleges listing for the first time this year. Beating thousands of other schools across the nation, this announcement comes on the heels of a similar rise in the 2024 U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges rankings. “This recognition from Forbes, along with our stellar performance in U.S. News and World Report’s most recent rankings, shows our strength as our top-tier research and academic programs continue to propel us forward.” noted UT Dallas President Richard Benson. |

Goldman Sachs’ much awaited 800,000 square foot Dallas expansion has begun recently with Hillwood Urban as their developer. The construction is expected to be completed in late 2027 and will be home to a total of 5,000 employees. “We look forward to developing a one-of-a-kind facility for Goldman Sachs and its workforce,” said Hillwood’s Chairman Ross Perot, Jr. |
