With a booming economy and low cost of living, the DFW area is attracting tech companies and startups alike, leading to a surge in tech jobs. Dallas-Fort Worth ranked second in the nation for the largest number of technology jobs added in 2022, with a total of 21,800 jobs added. A project in Celina was recently announced that would bring a massive +$100 million mixed-used development to the City. The Crossing at Moore Farm, a 77-acre property featuring a 110,000-square-foot luxury fitness center, retail, and 750 residential units, is expected to begin site work in April of 2023. |
