As an emerging field, the skills required for Arts and Technology graduates may be rapidly changing and difficult to identify. In this edition of The Connection, we analyze information from Emsi to identify which skills UT Dallas ATEC graduates should highlight and develop. We compare the profiles of UT Dallas alums to the broader DFW labor market both long-term and short-term, determining which skills are consistently sought after and which are temporary. Last month, U.S. News released their Best Online Programs of 2022, listing five Jindal School programs in the top 10 of their respective categories. This includes two graduate business programs and three MBA specialty programs. Read more about these rankings. |

UT Dallas has added two new bachelor’s degrees in education to prepare a greater number of students to become classroom teachers. This comes at a time of critical shortage, in both current and newly certified teachers and is part of an ongoing effort by the Teacher Development Center to address these growing needs in our community.
